A cultural connection for a bright future!

Or an easy essay reflection on the topic of human values

A surprisingly important topic that must be publicized.

Before I boldly try to reveal it, I want to tell you how I found out about Mahabahu.

A few days ago, I had a meeting with the editor of Mahabahu & author Anjan Sarma and I found that he has  great sympathy for Ukraine, which for years has been courageously resisting the russian barbarian invasion and fights with a bloody terrorist state.

In that conversation, Anjan inquired about my journalistic experience and the opportunity to work independently.

I was delighted with this question, which led to the first exciting thought: “We are in different countries, in different time zones, on different parts of the planet, but understand each other easily, as two independent authors and journalists.”

This thought awakened in me the desire to independently discuss, the topic of cultural codes that are in each of us, which have the power to bring us closer especially.

When I write the word “culture,” what associations does it evoke in you? You think about the culture of your country: traditions, rules, and its uniqueness. Or about all the beauty created by a  human, fully allowing you to know the history of humanity in general, for example, painting, literature, music, and theater.

But it will be more challenging to answer because “culture” is a very flexible concept; it includes all of the above aspects.

If you need to sum it up, this is the totality of human achievements in industrial, social, and spiritual terms.  But all this starts from the person himself, and if we use the expression “someone with the high level of culture,” we must talk about the system of qualities and values he carries and projects onto the world around him.

It is also interesting that the concept of “culture” dynamically changes its form because it is influenced by time and society, which boldly makes its adjustments, and also boldly discards what is “unpleasant” to it today.

So what can stabilize this notion? Individuality and your decision to cultivate that beautiful thing you can call the cherished word “culture.” Take the whole responsibility for building the right value system that allows you to live your life happily, respecting other people’s boundaries. Only such a foundation will enable a person to “openly” relate to the world around them, not being afraid to explore the unknown.

But most of all, culture reveals the soul. Culture is the amazing inner light that everyone can describe in their own way.

But it is this “something” that fills everything with meaning, truly revealing works of art—boldly influencing the lives of each of us, pushing us to see the beauty even where it is not around.
