A moment of awareness has cost us an entire East

“What happened has happened. So, if this is really a moment of people’s awareness of their rights, a moment of realization of the reality of the functioning of the entire world order, let it be a glimmer of hope and the beginning of something real and profound, not just a moment of transient emotion.”
In fact, people today are paying a heavy price, and the people of the region are bearing the burden of conflicts in which they have no reproach or a camel.

“New generations began to wonder: Why has this history disappeared? Who wrote it? And what is the real history away from the ready-made narratives that our minds have been flooded with? Who hid the truth? And what is the truth? What makes the rights of some peoples visible and sacred, and other buried rights that are not even allowed to be mentioned?”
Conflicts raging between parties that are fighting over land, resources, markets, power and influence, and the most powerful have been able to practice extreme bullying in which they are only proficient in the language of iron and promise, which ignited fires that are difficult to extinguish, ruthlessly crushing the peoples in the middle, and consuming them as fuel for agendas that do not care about human beings and do not respect laws, memory or legislation.
But in the midst of this extreme darkness, and from a small geographical area – from Gaza – an issue erupted that at first glance seemed to be local, but it quickly revealed a long history of denial, absence, ignorance, attrition, lies and deception, which suffered many peoples around the world, and caused the shaking of major narratives about civilization, democracy and human rights.
In light of the open digital space and modern means of communication, the world has begun to learn about the tragedies that have afflicted nations and peoples that have been subjected to injustice and genocide, and have been exacerbated by wars and exclusion, despite many attempts to tighten the noose on individuals in their freedoms of opinion and expression, and attempts to control the circulating narratives.
But social media, despite its ills, has opened the way for narratives that were absent or absent, and revived issues that were thought to have been folded forever

Perhaps individuals have succeeded to some extent in imposing their vision on digital platforms, and the world is beginning to see and hear. Not because the regimes wanted to, but because the people decided to speak. The realization is growing that we are the inheritors of a sick world order, whose features were formed two centuries or more ago, and whose rotting roots are coming to light, and people are beginning to understand, albeit slowly, the depth of the predicament.
We are witnessing how the tragedies of entire nations have begun to come to light: the right of the Amerindians to their lands, the right of the Mayans and the Incas, all the indigenous peoples of the land, from Canada to Australia, and all the disgraceful policies and actions that have been committed against peoples throughout history.
This is not a coincidence, but a natural rebound of a new consciousness that is taking shape. New generations began to wonder: Why has this history disappeared? Who wrote it? And what is the real history away from the ready-made narratives that our minds have been flooded with? Who hid the truth? And what is the truth?
What makes the rights of some peoples visible and sacred, and other buried rights that are not even allowed to be mentioned?

Europe’s black history has resurfaced, and with it the demonization of successive U.S. administrations, which have long worn the mask of defending democracy, rights, and fighting terrorism, while holding the strings of the game from behind, and managing conflicts at the whim of their interests and national security.
These deep states, which control the destinies of the world, are not subject to an electoral box or a moral conscience, but to a complex system of interests that grab even politicians by the sick side and swallow up anyone who tries to rebel against them.
Perhaps this is precisely why this moment of consciousness seems to be lacking. As knowledge expands and eyes are opened, political change is still absent.
There is a growing realization that the game is being played behind the scenes, and that the facts we have learned have not been complete or innocent, but this realization has not yet turned into an organized act or actual political pressure that changes the equation.
Herein lies the great challenge: this awareness, important as it is, has not yet entered the heart of decision-making, and is often still outside the global political agenda.
