Art is found to make pain more beautiful, elegant and dazzling.
Don’t you think so? We humans love to perpetuate our sorrows, we enjoy bringing out all the pain that squeezes our hearts into the open.
It helps us break free from our suffering, as if we are trying to understand it in a way that makes it less brutal, less cruel to us.

Isn’t it nice to turn pain into a painting, a philosophy, or a symphony? To simulate sadness and identify with it with a pen, a feather, or a musical note?
We resort to art when we want to express our pain in a way that does not hurt anyone, or to express our truth in a way that befits us, or to come to terms with our pain and reality.
We are creatures whose fragility makes something immortal.
We write down our sorrows, paint our disappointments, make our pains sculpted, and turn dark nights into a piece of music. Maybe this is our way of salvation, of liberation, and maybe it is nothing but constant attempts… May we be cured.
