Physical fitness is the major priority of youth they are greatly addicted to their routines.
It helps us to work to the best of our abilities.
We might think of fitness as a state that enables us to feel, look, and perform at our best. Performance of the heart, lungs, and body muscles are all part of physical fitness. What fine tuning is to an engine, physical fitness is to the human body and emotional wellness is to the soul.
The recognition and awareness of a person’s emotions and their capacity to cope with various life circumstances are referred to as emotional wellness or well-being. How well a person is able to accept and control their emotions as well as deal with obstacles in life is referred to as their emotional well-being, emotional health, or emotional wellness.
How well someone is able to function on a daily basis or how they are able to handle change or uncertainty can both be influenced by their emotional health. A person’s mental and physical health may suffer as a result of psychological issues.

Ways to Improve Emotional health:
- Be watchful.
By living in the present, individuals may have the ability to let go of ideas or fears and become more conscious of everything happening both inside of them and around them. Those who want to practise awareness can:
Breathe: Breathe in for four counts via your nose, hold for one second, and then exhale for five counts through your mouth. When necessary, repeat.
Take a stroll: Focus on your breathing and use your senses to take in your surroundings as you stroll. Take note of any fears or thoughts that enter the mind, but then return focus to the present.
Eat consciously: Chew slowly and deliberately, paying attention to the flavours and textures of the food as you chew. Pay heed to your body’s cues for whether it is hungry or full.
Body scan: Visualize your entire body in your mind, from head to toe, and pay attention to how each section feels.

- Stress Management
It is normal to have some stress every now and then, and while some tension can be beneficial when performing activities, prolonged stress can be harmful.
Individuals can reduce their stress by: attempting to get seven or more hours of sleep each night; performing regular exercise; and establishing a strong social support system; establishing priorities and arranging downtime; cultivating self-compassion by emphasising accomplishments as opposed to failures; consulting with a medical expert.
- Seek to maintain a bright attitude.
Emotional resilience is exhibited by the ability to hold onto happy feelings for extended periods of time, to notice and appreciate the good things in life, and to recover quickly from setbacks. This might be constructed by:
- gratitude
- forgiving themselves for any mistakes they have made
- journaling for being grateful for each day
- spending time with positive people
- focusing on beliefs and values that feel important to them and letting them guide life decisions
- taking care of physical and mental health through a balanced diet, regular exercise, and good quality sleep
- Establishing community connections

Strong social ties may enhance one’s emotional, physical, and mental health. People can try the following to establish a supportive network:
- Be with group that focuses on an enjoyable hobby or activity
- Ask for help from others and guidance if needed
