How to heal the world from Russia?
IRINA MIROCHNIK

Hiding from repression and mobilization, many Russian citizens left for the countries of democracy.

Russia is erased from the world map
Hiding from repression and mobilization, many Russian citizens left for the countries of democracy. These are people who “pissed off” their own country.
Many of them now believe that the Ukrainians will break the back of their fascist, rashist regime, and they will return home and build their beautiful Russia of “pink ponies.”
But this is an absolute self-deception of losers. They gather some kind of congresses and forums, and at these meetings they inspire each other with the possibility of utopias about building a “Beautiful Russia of the future.” They tell the citizens of civilized countries about the possibility of building democracy in Russia. But this is an absolute lie.
They wishful thinking, and do not distinguish their dreams from reality.
This is the common problem of Russians, who mistakenly call the mystery of the Russian soul.
The rashist war in Ukraine clearly demonstrates what Russia is and why pink ponies will not succeed.
Of course, the citizens of the civilized world would also very much like to believe in the possibility of a democratic transformation of post-war Russia. But you need to be realistic and understand that this is impossible. Because this is a population that for a thousand years has never chosen its own power. Two attempts after the collapse of the USSR do not count, they are erased by the submissive silence that followed.
They don’t understand that power and responsibility are two sides of the same coin. And the generations living now will not understand this. These generations will no longer take responsibility for their choices. And the only thing they can do is bring another tyrant to power.
For Russians, democracy is just a beautiful word that magically opens the door to civilized countries for them. How this magic works they do not understand, and do not want to understand. They don’t need it.

Therefore, citizens of the civilized world need to understand that when Russians talk about a democratic Russia, this is beautiful, but absolutely empty chatter. Spell. Magic ritual. And nothing more.
Citizens of the civilized world need to understand that no matter what changes take place in Russia, these generations of Russians will not change. All that they are able to build is just another clone of totalitarianism.
Democracy is able to live and develop only where they are ready to fight and die for it, to take care of it every day. Russians, as an imperial identity, are never ready.
Not now, not before. “A country of slaves, a country of masters,” the poet wrote a century ago, and he was right.
For an adequate assessment of reality, it is necessary to proceed from this fact.
The Americans realized this about Afghanistan after many years and many billions of efforts. I propose to draw conclusions from their mistakes.
We must also proceed from the fact that the criminal community called the Russian Federation is a threat of nuclear terrorism to the whole world.
And this problem will not resolve itself. It must be solved jointly by all civilized countries.
It would be naive to expect that even after a hypothetical regime change in Moscow, the new Russian leadership will voluntarily agree to give up nuclear weapons. All these Russian emigrants “democrats” and “liberals”, upon returning to Moscow, will immediately declare that they need to protect the perimeter of their “democratic empire”.
No matter how much the Russians say a word about democracy and their peacefulness, they will not solve the issue of their nuclear disarmament, they will not want to independently.
And this is also a fact.

Nuclear disarmament of the Russian Federation can only be carried out by Ukraine. Which, by its own blood and sacrifices, by its earlier actions to renounce nuclear weapons, proved its democracy, peacefulness and commitment to nuclear disarmament.
Therefore, after the military defeat of the army of aggressors and terrorists by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it is necessary to immediately introduce external control over the territories of the country that lost the war. The joint forces of the countries that supported Ukraine in the struggle for survival and independence. If not immediately, then gradually.
It is possible to gradually release from sanctions the territories leaving the Russian Federation that have surrendered nuclear weapons and assumed the corresponding obligations. For some time – under external international control, of course.
Tatarstan and Bashkortostan are ready to be the first to leave the Russian Federation, not to mention Ichkeria, whose right to self-determination was recently recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
And I did not come up with this – Mikhail Kasyanov, the former Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, suggested so.
Ingushetia and Dagestan will obviously want to copy the actions of neighboring Chechnya. How are they there divide the borders in the Caucasus among themselves – all observers have a bad idea. It is good if the peoples understand the smallness of weapons and human resources in them, in each and every one. And agree without war.
Everyone understands the separation of Kaliningrad, Karelia and the Kuriles.
Even no one argues with this. As with the inevitable return of the occupied territories of Georgia and Moldova.
It will be more difficult with Belarus, which needs to be liberated from occupation. It is large and the population fell silent when the asset of its citizens was bribed or destroyed. They will have to help all neighboring countries, as their dictator has long expected. Fortunately, that already exists – someone to do it.
Yakutia will also wake up on its own, but it needs international support insurance. Corporations Yakutzoloto and Yakutalmaz – to help them! The rest of the future post-Russian countries will gather their thoughts about independence against the backdrop of the common slogan “Stop feeding Moscow!” already for economic, economic or geopolitical reasons, not on a national basis.

The Far Eastern and Ural republics have not yet forgotten their previous impulses for independence.
Other regions will also quickly have a question – how to live on when no money comes from Moscow. And only boring commanders.
I have even heard about the United States of Siberia and the Pacific Federation, but I have a poor idea of them.
Left without development resources, the countries of Northern Europe will quickly understand their interest and begin to help the self-consciousness of the Yamalo-Nenets, Khanty-Mansiysk and other regions rich in natural resources. And businesses, powerful corporations, will switch financial flows from the sale of the natural resources of these lands, without Moscow. But with the payment of reparations to Ukraine, of course.
China will not take anything by force. And why fight, buy or rent, if they themselves bring everything, hold referendums themselves and ask, impoverished?
Well, perhaps they will help Kazakhstan remember about 2-3 regions that were taken away from them back in the days of the USSR.
After all, why did they promise Kazakhstan the protection of territorial interests?
I have not forgotten the Muslim interests and ideas of the “Great Turan”, I just know little about them. Yes, the Azerbaijani language differs little from Turkish. So let Turkey administer the interests of the “Great Turan”.
Mongolia, which has grown stronger in recent years, accepted the flow of refugees from Buryatia with understanding. For many Mongols and Kazakhs, the Buryats, Kalmyks and Tuvans are their own people who need help.

There is no need to mention or suggest all the possible options for the new independent post-Russian countries, but each of them will have the opportunity to become an independent, economically wealthy and convenient state for their citizens.
I don’t know, for example, what Peter will decide for himself, but he definitely won’t stay in Muscovy, right? And as a port city, it will certainly survive.
Ukraine has already demonstrated its ability to resolve issues of Russia’s demilitarization.
It is also capable of carrying out both denuclearization and democratization in the territories of Post-Russia.
In the same close cooperation with the countries of the civilized world, as it is being done right now, to ensure the administration of this process.
There is a grandiose in scale and long-term work to educate and educate new generations of citizens of these new countries. Teaching this generation of former Russians about responsible citizenship and local self-government will not be enough. It is necessary and necessary to do this, but it will not be enough.

This work needs to be started already.
It is time to think through actions, assemble expert groups, develop budgets, determine resources, train staff and implementation plans.
Several different groups are already working on this in Ukraine and interested parties are invited to participate.
These are not only tasks of national importance for Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Moldova and the Baltic countries.
This is the task of all countries of the world interested in security.
