As the world watches the #WorldCup, the Islamic Republic of Iran tortured to death another athlete!
1-His name is Hasan Nasseri. He was a boxing champion from the Khorasan Razavi province.
2-Just like many Iranians outraged by the heinous murder of #MahsaAmini for her hijab, Hasan also protested with his family.
He was out on the 40th day of mourning of Mahsa Amini. He was arrested in front of his wife and children and tortured to death the same night.
3-Hasan’s torturers have been forcing his family to frame his death as cardiac arrest due to pre-existing conditions. After the family refused to lie, security forces raided their home. He was buried without the knowledge of his family.
