Oh my god, I have to do this?

I want that dress I am broke! Does this sound familiar? Can you relate to it in some way? I am sure you can!
Today worrying and stressing about something or the other, has become a part of the contemporary lifestyle. But at the end of the day, everything seems to work out and our worries just dissolve somewhere we can’t find them anymore.
Stress-Less life is achievable and possible too! Does my statement seem absurd to you or you must be thinking what is she saying, dude, it’s a postmodern era where worrying and stressing are a part and parcel of life! Well, I am here to break the myth that there are certain ways by which you can eliminate stress from life to great extent. And the best thing these simple ways are absolutely pocket friendly or I should say free of cost. Hurry up and grab them:
- Stop overanalyzing things or situations that haven’t happened
We have this very habit of creating imaginary situations and then overanalyzing them. By doing this a person only tends to imagine a worst-case scenario that 99 percent of the time does not happen. It’s better to live in a present situation that is comfortable and good rather than creating a world of worries that only leads to anxiety and stress.
- Live in Present Moment
Today the problem is we are not enjoying this present moment but rather a phase that is either in the past or future. To live in the moment takes a huge effort, it needs to involve your body and feelings to be there in that present moment. Being in the present moment involves openness, humility, and acceptance.
Other things won’t matter when you start to experience the present moment, be in your active state of mind and start accepting your feelings that’s all that is required to live a happy stress-less life. I hope your mind and hear are here as you read this not thinking about some shopping!
- Focus on What You Have
It is good to be ambitious and to grow more in life but it is better if done in a healthy way. TV commercials are the biggest problem in contemporary times as it makes people want more than actually is required. Instead of cribbing over them, it is better to cultivate the practice of gratitude that makes you feel blessed and adjust your focus on positive attributes.
- Good Self Care Routine
Stress-Less life needs effort and what better way to start than by pampering yourself and creating an atmosphere of love and positivity? Give up habits that are not doing any good to you and only harm your mental peace and sanity. Adopt habits that that healthy and positive to nurture your body. Light an aroma candle and shoo away worries.
- Breathe out Anger and Breathe in Joy
It may not seem easy peasy but if you consciously make this your habit, it will be wonderful for you. Anger and grudges only harm your mental state while the other person is totally unaffected by it. It will gradually make you grumpy and a person who oozes out negativity. People don’t want to be around such a person who is angry and complaining all the time.
Do you still think getting yourself hurt and lonely in this process is worth anything? Absolutely not that’s why I say breathe out anger and breathe in joy.
Be a person of joy and light. Be someone to whom others look up and learn the art of living stress-less life. Today everyone wants to be happy but a few really work hard to achieve it.
Start to live in the present and experience joy in tiny fleeting moments that all this time had gone unnoticed and inexperienced.
