There is no better way to love yourself than loving nature.
The recourse to spiritual well-being begins with preaching the five elements of nature, the spirit, earth, water, fire and air. But, are we doing it? Aren’t we all lost in the never ending cycle of need and greed, loosening our bond with ourselves and nature?
If we think carefully, we dominated, tortured and killed nature in every possible way. From cutting down trees to layer buildings, changing the course of rivers and creating dams, leaving toxins into the sea and killing fishes, and whatnot?
Nature has its own way of taking revenge, and we must be prepared. Well, today we are facing the consequences. Flash flood, global warming, rising diseases mostly, lungs and skin problems, etc. And, the rising number of vehicles causing noise and air pollution, is definitely making people move to less polluted and populated regions.
For peace of mind, good health and lifestyle, it has become truly essential. The importance of breathing fresh air, hugging a tree, waking on fresh green grass, touching the morning dew, etc is almost lost.
But, after Covid-19, getting outdoors and spending time with nature has become a priority again.
On this date(5th of June), we must pledge to contribute to create a sound environment for a better tomorrow. Not just for our good health and wellness but also to reconnect with our roots and take natural therapies.
To find our best versions on Earth’s lap and heal healthy.
