The women who survived the blockade hid in basements for weeks and suffered from the occupiers, fell ill during gynecological operations. Unfortunately, the hospital does not have equipment for laparoscopic intervention, which helps to SIGNIFICANTLY simplify the mechanism itself, the process of use, healing and the possibility of increasing the reproductive needs of every woman.

WHERE YOU NEED HELP

Now it is not necessary to name the destination exactly, especially as regards the consideration of cases, but we are talking about a state institution in the south of the Odessa region. This led to a large number of patients. A lot of internally displaced citizens come here, who flee from occupied or dangerous regions. These are Kharkiv, Kherson, Mariupol, Nikolaev, Ochakov and other regions of Ukraine.

WHO NEED HELP

There are girls, women who spent weeks in basements, suffered from Russian invaders, and today they have diseases that require surgical treatment. Unfortunately, the city hospital can only give a laparotomy, that is, a syringe through an incision in the abdomen. And these are young girls, 18-20 years old, who have not yet become pregnant and have not given birth. In this case, it may be very difficult to transfer their reproductive plans into the future, it may be difficult or impossible to become pregnant and bear a child. They are afraid to go to Odessa or other cities for laparoscopy, because shelling continues and it is dangerous. Therefore, it is very important for us to obtain instruments for laparoscopy. This will save Ukrainian women now, so that in the future they will be able to give birth to a new generation of Ukrainians.

In addition, an incision in the abdomen is a more difficult operation to endure, more identified rehabilitation, healing, a greater risk of complications, etc. After laparoscopy, the patient can be recorded the next day, but here you need to stay in the hospital for at least 5 days – this is just an example for perceiving the situation.

Now it happens that I see 15-20 patients a day, and at least 3-5 women use me every day in surgical intervention. We do not ask for some new, heavy-duty equipment, but only at the base, we carry out the operation with the least damage to future patients.

Often a patient from the Kharkiv region came to me with a large cyst on the ovary and probably a pain syndrome, she needed to be operated on. Twin pregnancy monitoring. We carry out a syringe, and the children freeze. Lost twins to save mom. And this is just one situation from which the heart bleeds.
