United Nations! An institution that monitors wars and is unable to stop them!! After every new crisis or war, the same question arises: What can these institutions actually do? Is it still capable of achieving tangible practical achievement in the management of international crises, or has it gradually turned into more diplomatic data platforms than tools capable of having a real impact on the course of events?

But since then, the world has undergone enormous transformations: many wars have broken out, alliances have changed, new powers have risen, and the profound impact of technology, the changing global economy and the intellectual and political shifts that have reshaped the nature of international relations. Since the deployment of these forces in southern Lebanon decades ago, the stated goal has been to maintain stability and prevent escalation between Lebanon and Israel. In recent years, with the war on Lebanon that has been going on for more than two years, southern Lebanon has witnessed an expansion of repeated and continuous Israeli attacks and incursions, in addition to the near-constant encroachment on Lebanese airspace and land and sea borders. However, these international forces have not been able to prevent escalation or impose any different reality on the ground. Some may argue that the presence of these forces prevents a larger explosion, but here we pose a more acute question: Have some of these international solutions turned into formal arrangements that suggest the existence of international crisis management, while the reality on the ground remains completely different?
