Initially offering 47 services, it has expanded to provide 632 services from 47 government departments, agencies, and autonomous councils.
Over three years, Sewa Setu has processed over 1.46 crore applications, with a 90% disposal rate, significantly reducing the need for citizens to visit government offices.
