AGCL executed Gas Sales & Purchase Agreement with BCPL

The most profitable PSU under the Government of Assam, Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL) today achieved another milestone in regard to their business by executing a Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with national petrochemical PSU Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) for sale of Rich Gas.
“For a speedy business development of the Company we needed more supply of Rich Gas which will be supported to a great extend by today’s Agreement between us and AGCL.” – A top official from BCPL said.
The Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) between AGCL and BCPL has been done for sale of 2 lakhs SCMD of Rich Gas.
Commenting on today’s development, AGCL Managing Director Gokul Chandra Swargiary said, “The GSPA Agreement will benefit us to earn more revenues and add new weight on the scales of our business.”
“Today’s development has been made possible for the cooperation from every workmen of AGCL,” Swargiary further added.
It may be mentioned that the Rich Gas is being sourced and transported by AGCL from OILMAX gas source at Amguri to BCPL Lakwa Plant.
