Meditate To Elevate

Meditate
In the everyday hustle and bustle, we miss out on the most important thing; self-care. It often gets difficult to manage a schedule that fits the best for us, from waking up, cooking, cleaning, to working until nap. However, many manage their best to take out time solely for themselves.
The time where you can be with yourself, elevate your emotions and thoughts. And that is the time that matters the most. Most importantly, even before you realize time flies.
Giving oneself the time that needs to be given is the only missing element of this generation. The 21st-century has become so busy with all the new lifestyle choices that include playing video games, visiting malls, or chilling with Netflix, that they do not come out of their comfort zone. But, is that zone a safe one for their mental wellness?
Besides, lack of physical activities is troubling many with problems like obesity, high cholesterol, Pcod-PCOS, and more. And, if you don’t adapt to a healthy lifestyle, you will regret the later part of life lying in bed. Like we all say, age is just a number; even if you are 60, you can be youthful.
You should know how to make the best out of life. But the real question is how to remain so and why to think about 60 when I am just 30?

Meditation Is The Answer
Find your answer while meditating. Meditation is not only about being blank or zoning out; it is also about being mindful. 10-15 minutes of your morning in meditation will resolve all your problems.
Meditate to elevate your spiritual health where you tend to find a deep connection with your soul and your surroundings. And it’s never too late to start, but the sooner, the better.
“Meditation is not about stopping thoughts, but recognizing that we are more than our thoughts and our feelings.” — Arianna Huffington
Having said about bonds and connections, once you get to know your inner self, you will automatically understand the functioning of your body.
The body needs physical exercise, the right amount of fluid, diet and nutrition, and some sprinkled spiritualism. Getting to know how to live a healthy life starts with some deep breathing every morning by closing your eyes, silence, and introspection.
Mindfulness meditation will make you a fugitive to good health and well-being.
When was the last time someone asked how you were doing and was impassive? I know many of you go through this once a week when you feel exhausted and irrational, and connectionless. And you desire a break. In that case, meditation helps you remain subtle, calm, and relaxed even in your toughest times. It is that we break the mind, body, and soul demands and engage more often.

Final Words
Synchronize your fierce heart and fuel your passion with exquisite self-care to experience higher awakening. A balanced body, mind, and soul, know how to control emotions and get rid of negativity in life. Also, to make life more fulfilling, not just by material possessions but by developing true understanding and knowledge about life.
The essence of living a good life lies on the edge of knowing your true self and giving it what it needs—staying connected to your roots, not essentially just your caste, religion, creed but your enlightened being.
“The act of meditation is being spacious.”– Sogyal Rinpoche
The idea behind nurturing your life through meditation is to find consciousness in existence. Our inner consciousness is more than a myth asking to be explored. This is an enigma that tells us to infuse integrity, intensity, kindness, gratitude, etc into ourselves. Meditation acts as a catalyst in our body that elevates the mind and helps the spirit to remain intact. So, meditate to rejoice in the better version of yourself.
