Press release

Ukraine stands firm on all fronts – military, economic, diplomatic. But nevertheless, Ukraine is fighting on another meaningful front – social.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, Ukrainians have been forced to move to safer places hiding from rockets, shelling and actions of the Russian occupiers to save the most important thing – their life, the life of their children, parents and relatives. Many people lost their homes and all their possessions from missile attacks. Someone was left without a job. This is really hard – to lose everything you’ve been building at one moment, to lose fulcrum, your own home and native town, to start building everything from scratch.
While working on programs to support people affected by the war the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine got the query from volunteers to have the possibility conveniently and easily help from any country in the world. For this purpose, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with the financial support of Sweden created a social platform eDopomoga and provided the opportunity to support Ukrainian families from any country in the world online https://social.edopomoga.gov.ua/en/
Online assistance is help in a few clicks. On the platform, you need to select a request for help, click “Help”, select the amount ($7, $17, $34) for which you are ready to help and pay for the eDopomoga Certificate.

After payment of assistance, the person who left the application receives an SMS with a code or an electronic code of Certificate in his personal account. At the checkout in retail chains that have joined the program, a person presents the electronic Certificate code, thus confirming payment for goods (food, hygiene products, medicine or fuel). And whoever paid for the assistance and registered on the platform will receive a message from the trading network, where person can see all the goods purchased by the needy.
eDopomoga is a convenient and fast-targeted support from people from all over the world to Ukrainians affected by the war. So, try using the platform and tell your friends about your experience.
Together we make this world safer and better, fight against evil and support a free and democratic world!
