Ukraine cannot launch retaliatory strikes against the Russian territory

It looks like a fight between two opponents, one of them with kaydanks

Until 2022 Kharkiv was among the 20 largest cities in Europe by the number of officially registered population – 1.4 million + people.

The real population was closer to 2 million. 

Among the non-capitals in Europe, only Istanbul, St. Petersburg, Hamburg, Barcelona and Munich were bigger than Kharkiv. 

Actually, Kharkiv was between Munich and Milan. 

When Russia shoots at Kharkov, I try to mention the moment of comparison for clarity. 

Because Kharkov is incomprehensible, and Barcelona is comprehensible.

So here it is. 

If you mark on the map the boundary where the arrivals were today, at least a third of Kharkov (Barcelona, Milan, Munich) can be turned into ruins from the territory of the Russian Federation without the use of cruise/ballistic missiles.

The munition with which Russia is training to kill children in Kharkov is still crude, but has greater destructive power than S-300 and – most importantly – after time (months) can be produced in commercial quantities. 

Measures for neutralisation are clear. 

The first is strikes on launching sites on the territory of the Russian Federation. 

The second is means against Russian tactical aviation. 

Our partners have enough of both. 

Moreover, some of the means have already been transferred and utilised by the Ukrainian army, but there is a ban on their use on the territory of Russia. 

The only thing that matters is a political decision. 

All those who evade such decision, assist the Kremlin in destruction of Kharkiv and cry trouble to Europe. 

It will end that Russian bombs will start to fall on cities of EU and NATO. 

Because the Kremlin is perfecting its weapons in combat conditions while Western countries are itching to do the same. 

Plus a show of fear is the best provocation for the Kremlin. 

If Putin can destroy one of Europe’s largest cities with impunity, it’s only a matter of time before he decides to move on.
