OIL All Assam Junior Tennis Championship-2022
Mannan,Nabiha, Tania, Parthiv, Chandogya clinched Victory

Duliajan, December 11: The OIL All Assam Junior Tennis Championship played here at Duliajan Zaloni Club Tennis court from December 6 concluded on Saturday.
Playing the finals of the tournament, Mannan Nath of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) clinched the victory in boys U-18 category. In his way to victory, Mannan defeated Parthiv Kalita of Guwahati 6-1,6-3.
In the girls U-18 category Tania Kumari of Guwahati beat Nabiha Moriyam of Golaghat by 6-1,6-0.
While Parthiv Kalita of Guwahati clinched victory over Aklantajit Phukan (Jorhat) to in boys U-14 category by walk over (W/O). Nabiha Moriyam of Golaghat has been successful in defeating Adrika Rajkumari (Sivasagar) to clinched the title of Champion in the girls U-14 category by 6-1,7-5.
In the boys U 12 category Chandogya Pathak of Sivasagar defeated Abhay Bharali of Golaghat after a tough fight of 2-6,6-4,6-0.
On this occasion, participating the prize ceremony event as chief guest of honour, Chairman and Managing Director of Oil India Limited Dr. Ranjit Rath announced to sponsor all the Champions of the tournament to witness the Bangalore Open ATP Tennis Championship scheduled to be held from 22-26 February at Bangalore next year.
“Witnessing such a tournament will boost the confidence and added to the experience of our budding players. ” – Dr. Ranjit Rath said.
Ashok Das, Director, HR & SD, OIL and Prasanta Borkakoty, RCE, OIL, participated the prize distribution ceremony as honorary guests of honour.
