‘Myanmar junta grants partial pardon to democracy champion Suu Kyi‘!
Thinzar Shunlei Yi
Partial Amnesty to Suu Kyi is nothing more than a feeble attempt to respond to the relentless resistance against their brutal coup by the courageous people of Myanmar and the international community.
With the ASEAN summit approaching, they’re desperate to impress their neighbors, shamelessly using DASSK as a bargaining chip to relieve pressure.
But we’re not fooled, nor are we impressed or shaken by their hollow gestures.
Our focus remains steadfast, undistracted by their deceptive tactics.
Let’s be clear: the Junta has no interest in genuine negotiations.
Their actions speak louder than words – scorching the earth, burning people alive, and ruthlessly killing innocent students and young lives.
They’re trying to fool the people, but we see through their deceitful facade.
